Step 1 = Build several niche membership sites preferably the ones I talk about in the 14 day action plan.

Step 2 = Buy a voicemail plan and setup a message that pitches the benefits of owning a membership site.

Step 3 = Post a job offer on sites like craigslist for a commission only salesperson that will be willing to cold call hot leads and close them on $1,000 sales. Dangle the $250 commission in front of them. (I pay 25% commission until they prove themselves. Then I give them a raise to 35%)

Step 4 = Post ads in local OFFLINE classifieds and buy those small signs you see sticking in the ground for real estate deals. (post them at popular intersections ‘if legal’) Write your ad so that it makes people want to call the
pre-recorded message you made.

With this system you can make a lot more then normal because you are bringing the buyers to you. Instead of chasing the buyers in sites like sitepoint, digitalpoint, and ebay.

The target customer sees your ad and then calls the number to find out more.

On the message you get them all hot by exposing the benefits of having a membership site.

They leave their number to find out how to get one of these membership sites from you.

Your salesperson you hired from a site like craigslist calls those numbers and pitches your site to them for $979 (any $$ u want). A crappy salesperson should be able to close 10% of every person they talk to and a good sales person should do double that.
