Flipsquare.com is a new marketplace to buy/sell websites and domain names. They offer to list your properties for free for the first 30 days. We always need more places to list our site. However, you should be watching to see how much activity is going on there. If the owner is worth anything he should be trying to attract new sellers AS WELL AS new buyers. Just like it is my job as the king of site flipping to spread awareness to the opportunity in it’s viability as an income stream. The marketplace owners job is to also be spreading awareness.
Not so much as to the viability as an income stream, but as valuable resource to shortcut the amount of work website owners need to take. If no one spreads the word then our industry does not grow. I whole heartedly believe in this industry. I see website flipping becoming main stream and a household word like it’s cousin “house flipping” within 5 years.

This was definitely a great post Justin. I love to see the fact that you are so motivated to help grow and expand the site flipping community. Our own Website Marketplace will be hitting the net in full swing very soon which will provide another great place to list quality websites.
We have the same view as you as well, that this industry is just starting and in five years it will be larger than anyone one of us could imagine.
