Also at http://vinasofts.ws/forum/79127-tradebuzzing-com-established-website-sale-2100-00-a.html has a website for sale. It is an established forum based website (300 members). The site is like a marketplace to buy, sell, and trade and here’s the link http://tradebuzzing.com. The selling price is $2,100. My opinion is the price is too high from the quick glance I took at the stats of the site. I also think the listing is hyped up a bit too much.

Today over at  www.howmuchanswers.com, BuySellWebsite® a Web Business Properties, Inc. company is trying to sell a website about a money related search terms that includes 401k investing, calculate credit score, increasing credit score, increasing credit, 401k options, roth ira, lowering car insurance and others all in original content. It is perfect for an investment broker or a credit repair agency and lots of potential for someone willing to develop more quality content. The asking price is $4,900.

Website flipping is in my honest opinion the easiest way to make money online. I also thinks it’s the most guaranteed/reliable. I mean you have specific marketplaces where people are buying ad selling exactly what you have all day. That doesn’t necessarily happen for ebooks and coaching courses. (it does but not as direct)

However, website flipping is still not “easy money.” You still have to do a bit of work, like going out and finding a buyer. Just like it’s Real Estate cousin, website flipping “agents” need to go out and network with potential customers. Watch the video below to learn what I call the “hunting” part of website flipping. However, the important data is not being shown. Like how many sites were sold? How many sites were not sold? What’s the percentage of sites that got sold that month? Idiot Proof 4 Figure Website Flip System

Step 1 = Build several niche membership sites preferably the ones I talk about in the 14 day action plan.

Step 2 = Buy a voicemail plan and setup a message that pitches the benefits of owning a membership site.

Step 3 = Post a job offer on sites like craigslist for a commission only salesperson that will be willing to cold call hot leads and close them on $1,000 sales. Dangle the $250 commission in front of them. (I pay 25% commission until they prove themselves. Then I give them a raise to 35%)

With this system you can make a lot more then normal because you are bringing the buyers to you. Instead of chasing the buyers in sites like sitepoint, digitalpoint, and ebay.

The target customer sees your ad and then calls the number to find out more.
